Painting people is one of my favorite artistic processes. It is a big challenge to capture the character and „real essence“ of the subject.
The best thing is to have an initial sitting with the person to do a sketch on paper.
The sketch will be the basis for the portrait, to be finished in my studio.
The other possibility is to paint from a photo.
